Abstract

In this work the use of the commercial cinema is proposed as an effective didactic resource through a concrete scene’s selection determined by the syllabus. Once they have been recorded in a sequential way, the teacher will elaborate a personalized hyphen that will contain a commentary of each one of those scenes linked to the educational objectives. It is a resource especially adapted to values education, though it can be used also for skills and cognitive development. lt is based on the main psychological theories because it presents a variety of stimuli, connects with the previous structures of students' knowledge and it is a motivation factor by itself
