MEDIDAS Y EDUCACIÓN SANITARIA ADOPTADAS EN EL CONTROL DE ENFERMEDADES DURANTE LOS SIGLOS XIX Y XX EN LOS SANTOS DE MAIMONA (BADAJOZ)

Abstract

This paper shows sanitary conditions to fight the infectious diseases, that struck down people, for XIX century and some of the XX century. This situation was called epidemics and some of them were very important. For this reason, the panic that generated an epidemic or the threatening of one, it made that protection 's measures jumped. For XIX century people began to see the importance of these measures, but in the XX century was when they were forced to observe and to obey.
