Abstract
This paper aims to complement the knowledge imparted in the subject "Physical Education and its didactics II" offered in the third year of the degree in PE teaching at primary level. We refer to a series of aspects not reflected in the official programmes which worry students and which they disclose on returning from teaching practice. The majority of them are not conscious of the difficulties involved in teaching PE in primary schools, not from lack of knowledge of the material itself but because of all the small details that cannot be taught in the Faculty but only learned with practice.
