Abstract

This article will discuss the pedagogical potential of mindfulness in Primary Education. First of all, the many benefits of its practice will be provided. Subsequently, we will focus on the field of education, and to conclude, a proposal for the Language and Literatura classroom will be presented in order to demonstrate that it is possible to work with the curriculum contents while improving the attention and mental concentration of the students.
