Abstract

Nowadays the term innovation and change has become everyday language in different spheres, even in the field of educational research. In the present article, it is shown how certain education professionals perceive, face and create dynamics of change and innovation in an itinerant preschool in Chile: el Jardín sobre Ruedas. Through qualitative research based on induction, non-structured interviews were conducted, which were coded through the Nvivo software in units of analysis. In this emerging new subcategories based on the speech of the speakers. This allows for the release of certain results that show how professionals adapt their educational work according to the needs that emerge in this modality. Finally, it is concluded that the constant adaptation of the professional practices allows acquiring new professional skills, personal satisfactions and a cohesion to the group, giving adequate answers to the families and the children of the Jardín sobre Ruedas.
