The aim of this paper has been to assess the school psychological support service project (PAPCE) with the intention of observing the variables that make its attainment easy or difficult. To evaluate this project, we have taken into account two parameters: The subjective evaluation of the results and the evaluation of the project in three moments (before, during and at the end). The results show that to obtain a "global image" of the success of the project of intervention, it is important that subjective assessments are carried out b-y the participants agents. Their assessment of the project depends on their role or responsibility in relation to the project itself and also depends on the moment in which it is carried out. Factors such as the positive predisposition of the agents, their expectations, their motivation and implication, their training and competence as well as the organization and coordination of the project, interfere with the success of the intervention
