Abstract

Nowadays, it seems that it has been renewed the interest about the current theories of the organization on the part of the educational institutions and particular/y of the designated "learning organizations" with the aim of moving to the educational organizations their more positive aspects. What characteristics and conditions are necessary for their installation? what should be the interest of the Educational Institutions? After making a summary of the principles that, according to different authors, characterize the learning organizations and considering the conditions that a good learning in the must gather; some principles are outlined to promote, create, or collaborate in the development of smart organizations and some conditions or critical factors "to build" learning organizations
