Abstract

The Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) insertion in school environments and the different perspectives which arise from this integration are the fundamental theme of this work, in which we approach aspects of educational technologies from the perspective of research practices as daily behavior, ie, the technology appropriation by researcher-teacher. Using action research as a methodological procedure, we developed teacher training workshops with a pedagogical-technological approach to a group of students from the Formação de Professores para a Educação Profissional (PEG/UFSM) course, seeking to identify challenges and possibilities for integrating ICT to research practices. Data were collected through messages in the workshop activities and through observation records in class diaries. The results present the conception of those involved regarding this subject and demonstrate the relevance of training processes that address not only tech but also consider the formation of investigative spirit in professional educatorss.
