Together with the theoretical knowledge provided by the educative institutions, we must motivate the practical knowledge that is acquired as it is understood and applied. Far from the regular and stereotyped practices that help to preserve the usual kind of pedagogy, we must stimulate the capacity of reflection and the analysis of students under education to make them learn how to build and contrast renewed methods of facing the real problems encountered in the classrooms. In this important task, we consider crucial the function of the tutor at the training Centre as the agent that facilitates the integration of theory and practice from the dialogue and thoughtful conversation about the educative situations that both go through. To facilitate this role of the tutor, we think that his/her tasks must be coordinated with those of the professor, being both involved in the permanent interaction of theory and practice as essential formative element.
