Abstract

Inclusion in the educational sphere should be considered by teachers because it improves the quality of life of people with disabilities and encourages their inclusion in society. One of the ways to promote inclusion is through adapted sports, since they are adapted sports modalities that allows the full and active participation of people with disabilities (wheelchair basketball), or new sports for a specific group (boccia). Therefore, the aim of this work is to develop a proposal for a Didactic Unit for Physical Education related to Adapted Sports for people with cerebral palsy. Through the practice of adapted sports, not only healthy lifestyle habits are promoted, but positive attitudes towards people with disabilities are also developed.
