Abstract

The paper is bringing on the table a triple reflection about the teaching practices in Europe, the author show us at the paper the main problems that affecting to the training teachers: the no connection and non-existing relation between the Training Teachers Colleges and the practices' students hostes colleges, and give us a general overview about this process in different European countries. At the conclusion the author give us a action's proposal in the way in which those practices must be organized and done
