Abstract

Currently, physical activity, motivation and ICT are factors that have been studied in recent years. The aim of the study was to carry out a descriptive analysis of the studies registered in the Web of Science (WOS) and Scopus databases in relation to the importance of motivation and the use of ICT as predictors of the practice of physical activity. in adolescence. The review included 219 scientific articles, using the PRISMA methodology to analyze the information. The results showed an increase in publications on the subject in recent years, with the United States and Australia registering the most documents. Despite these advances, the bibliography on the topic analyzed is still scarce, highlighting from the research that both motivation and the use of ICT positively indicate the performance of physical activity.
